THE SHAFTIQ PROFILER

Understand your swing.

Start with four essentials. Add details for a more useful testing plan.

01 / RESEARCH PROFILE
01
Exact measurements are preferred over speed brackets.
02

How abruptly do you change direction at the top?

03

Select the flight you usually see—not your ideal.

04

The first metric you want to investigate.

NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED. WE EXPLAIN WHAT WE KNOW—AND WHAT WE DON'T.

SHAFTIQ offers research candidates, not a simulated TrackMan fitting. Shaft specifications, flex labels and manufacturer claims are not directly standardized across brands.

CURATED. CLEAR. CURRENT.

The shaft library.

Find what matters. Skip the noise.

02 / EXPLORE

Catalog combines verified specifications and clearly marked unverified model listings. Specifications may vary by version and flex; manufacturer source remains authoritative.

THE SHAFTIQ STANDARD

Show the evidence.
Own the uncertainty.

Marketing claims are not measurements. A specification is not a fitting result.

03 / THE METHOD
01 / SOURCE

Traceable product data

Published weights, torques and launch descriptors come from manufacturer-linked records. Different brands may measure or describe these differently.

02 / COMPARE

No brand gets a free pass

Our research shortlist shows multiple manufacturers and labels commercially related products. Representation does not mean a proven fit or a performance ranking.

03 / VERIFY

Real data makes the decision

Shot pattern, impact, attack angle, spin, face-to-path, head setup and repeated launch-monitor testing belong in the final fitting process.

“The right shaft is not the one with the boldest claim. It's the one that holds up under controlled testing.”
THE FITTING FIELD GUIDE

Learn what matters.

A few fundamentals to take into your next fitting.

01 · SHAFT WEIGHT

Weight changes the whole club.

Static shaft weight affects balance and feel, but more or less weight does not guarantee distance or consistency. Test total build, playing length and swingweight together.

02 · TORQUE

A number, not a ball-flight verdict.

Torque measures twisting under a defined load. Testing methods differ, and a single torque value cannot predict hooks, slices or dispersion.

03 · FLEX

There is no universal “stiff.”

S, X and TX labels vary across makers. Compare full bend profiles and performance rather than treating letters as an industry-wide standard.

04 · REAL FITTING

Evaluate patterns, not outliers.

Compare repeated shots with consistent conditions. Favor playable dispersion, strike consistency and comfortable delivery over a single maximum carry.

LESS NOISE. BETTER DECISIONS.

A better shaft starts
with a better question.

We turn technical specifications into clear next steps. Explore across brands, understand your options, then validate them where it matters: on the course and in a fitting.
